He also talks about the shift in homebuyers’ behavior throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Responding to the sharp stock decline after Redfin reported their first-quarter results, Kelman says he “can’t be worried” that shares went down for one day and believes the company is at the most competitive position ever.
